The weather was warm, had restful stay on road trip. It was compact, quiet and for cosmetics etc. A fridge, an electric kettle, and an air conditioning were a very nice touch.

Everything was very good for our purposes, short stay. The personnel was flexible and excellent. It was modern, compact and with a larger bed. We appreciated central heating, an iron/ironing board, and television. The food was fabulous and the location was excellent...

Greeted by friendly staff who were always up for a chst. Normally don't stay at Comfort Inn but when in Benalla I will.
Maybe make it clear to guests that Benalla closes early. We had to go to Wangaratta to eat after the show.

The location was excellent, conveniently close to shops, the Botanic Gardens, and the beautiful area of Benalla. Our unit was tastefully decorated with vibrant brick interior walls, which added charm, and featured a spacious bed and heating for comfort. An electric kettle, a fridge, and glassware were also provided, enhancing our stay.

The room was small and the parking of your vehicle a bit of a distance from the room. Overall we liked our stay and would stay again.

I didn't feel like leaving and would happily return. I truly enjoyed the place, which was spotlessly clean and had incredibly nice and pleasant staff. the hotel is in a very central location in a regional area, right by the main shops and the beautiful Botanical Gardens. the service was welcoming, and nothing was too much trouble.
